Tracking your order

When your order has been dispatched we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking to update.

How long will it take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, so 3–6 business days in total. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, email contact@kitappliances.uk with your order number and we will send it again. We reply within 24 hours.

Parcel not arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived within 6 business days of ordering, contact us at contact@kitappliances.uk or on +44 7454 741031 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). More detail is in our Shipping Policy.
