Condition and sourcing

This page explains the condition of the goods we sell, who makes them and where the information on our product pages comes from.

Condition

Everything we sell is new, unused and in its original packaging. We do not sell refurbished, ex-display or second-hand items. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to every purchase.

Sourcing

Each product is made by the manufacturer named on its page, and that manufacturer is the brand. KIT Appliances is an independent retailer: we are not the manufacturer, and we do not claim any partnership or endorsement unless a product page says so. Specifications on our listings are transcribed from the manufacturer's own published product information, and product photographs are the manufacturer's official images. Barcodes (GTIN/EAN) and part numbers are the manufacturer's. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Where a price is shown struck through, it is the manufacturer's own published list price for that product.
