Delivery

• Free standard delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
• Transit takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, so your total delivery time is 3–6 business days.
• You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a refund.
• Returns are free. A prepaid return label is included in the box.
• We do not charge a restocking fee.
• Exchanges are available within the same 14 days.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we process your refund within 5 business days.

Full details are in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
